SOCIAL AND SOLIDARITY FINANCE
Microfinance is increasingly seen today as an effective weapon against poverty and vulnerability. However, many African populations, like those in rural areas, do not have easy access to basic financial services, be it credit or savings. They then see themselves as excluded from the microfinance system and left at the mercy of usurers with very exorbitant rates, because of their galloping impoverishment. DedeFund is also involved in social and solidarity finance through the search for financial and institutional partnerships for micro-entrepreneurs who cannot benefit from traditional financing opportunities, it contributes to the promotion of microfinance institutions, capacity and performance building, and the development of operational and internal control manuals, the establishment of effective information and management systems based on computerisation, monitoring and evaluation and the audit of partners and projects financed in the field.
